Shipping

Every piece is made to order. Nothing exists until you choose it.

Production

Once your order is placed, your piece enters production. Standard production time is 21 days — this is the time it takes to cut, construct, and finish your garment by hand in London.

Delivery

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

UK — 2 to 3 working days

Europe — 5 to 7 working days

Rest of world — 7 to 14 working days

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Regions

We currently ship to the UK and internationally. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us at info@joyjulius.com before placing your order.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@joyjulius.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.

Delays

We work with natural materials and small-batch production. Occasional delays can happen. If your order timing changes for any reason, we will contact you directly.
