Every piece is made to order, made for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges as standard.

Made to Order

Because nothing is produced until you place your order, each piece is unique to you. We are unable to resell or restock returned garments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joyjulius.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make it right.

Sizing

We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before placing your order — we are happy to advise.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer an exchange at our discretion. Please contact us at info@joyjulius.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
