How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order. Standard production time is 21 days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination — UK 2 to 3 working days, Europe 5 to 7, rest of world 7 to 14.
Can I choose my size?
Yes. Each product page shows available sizes. If you are unsure which size to choose, consult our size guide or contact us at info@joyjulius.com before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders once confirmed. Please make sure of your size and delivery address before purchasing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the UK and internationally. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us at info@joyjulius.com before placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I get my initials embroidered on my piece?
Personalisation is available to JJ Circle members. Join the JJ Circle to access this and other exclusive benefits.
How do I care for my garment?
Care instructions are included with every order and listed on each product page. All pieces are made from natural materials — handle with care and they will last.
